Do you have some time available and feel able to offer a non judgemental listening ear, to either the parent/carer of an autistic child, or to an autistic adult? If so we would love to hear from you! All our volunteers receive training and ongoing support in the role.
If you would like to find out more, contact Diane at email@example.com
Here is a video link to Julie's story as a volunteer mentor befriender:
As a charity we are governed (run) by a board of trustees. This is a group of people who work hard to support the development of the organisation and steer the direction we take. We are always keen to hear from people willing to take on the role of trustee and particularly keen to hear from those with lived experience of Autism. You can find out more about our existing trustees here: https://www.enfold.org.uk/about
If this is something that would interest you or to find out more, please contact us
We are a registered charity and survive on donations, grants and fundraising. Having someone willing an able to take on planning and running an event is very helpful, and saves us taking time out of the important work we do directly supporting individuals and families. This could be a sponsored event of some kind where you use our give as you live link to set up a fundraising page to collect your donations: https://admin.giveasyoulive.com/register/choose-charity?mode=charity&q=En-Fold
If you like arranging events why not hold a cake sale or a fun day? Could your child's school have a mufti day in aid of us, as a local charity? All donations and support are appreciated!
If this is something you would like to do please get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org
